Sur HP 6000 ENVY 6020 j'ai effectué une réparation de numérisation avec HP Print & Scan doctor efficace la première fois mais dès que je rallume l'imprimante à nouveau la numérisation ne marche plus. Que faut-il faire pour stabiliser la réparation svp ?
