Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I just bought a brandnew HP Officejet Pro9132e (22/7/2025).
For redactional and journalistic work I often have to use OCR (optical character recognition; for som 25 years I have used Paperport in his various versions).
So, the announced OCR-capabilities of this printer were an important factor in acquiring the 9132e-printer.
I spent almost 3 (!) days in trying to make the OCR work; I had a very long "help by telephone" conversation, but even the HP-assistant didn't manage to make the OCR work.
Very disappointing and... I'd like to return the printer/scanner...
Or could someone give me a better advice?
Thanks!
