My printer is connected to HP App through on my hp laptop. Yes I uninstalled and installed the hp app twice. And I have plugged and unplugged the printer and restarted my laptop several times. Also would like to reiterate scan function was working fine up until 2 days ago.

to add to my post my printer is 8600 OfficeJet All in One.  I am receiving a Scanner error on hp smart after document has scanned through auto feeder

Exact Scanner Message

Scanner Problem!!!

A problem with the scanner has been detected'

Restart the printer and then try scan again

If the problem persists then GET MORE HELP
