Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Installed new HP DeskJet 3755.  Printing and Copying are perfect.  Scan copies have a vertical line down the middle of the page.  My computer is a MAC os sierra 10.13.  How do I get rid of the vertical line?

  • Have you tried scanning from the printer scanner bed?
