Good Afternoon Colleagues

I hope you are doing well . One of our customers has previously purchase HP ScanJet Pro 2600 . It worked for year and failed to work again. Our customer has heavily scan tasks daily (from 400 ==> 600 pages).

 

He need to purchase a scanner that can last for long time (He don't want to change it every year like what happened with HP ScanJet Pro 2600)

 

From your work experience , What is the best scanner in our case ?

Below recommendations will give the longevity your customer needs. Priorities remain the same: daily duty cycle well above actual usage, robust ADF, easy service/consumables.

 

  • HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 5000 s5 — excellent headroom (enterprise duty cycle).

  • HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 / N7000 series — higher-end, very robust if budget allows.

  • HP ScanJet Pro N4600 series — good middle ground (professional/near-enterprise level).
