HP your website link is broken. You don't have a way to contact a webmaster about it.  I reported the link to google. There is only one of a few I found so far.

As I replied to your other post, the problem is apparently on your end.

 

There's nothing for HP to fix.

 

The link you posted does not work for me either but the service manual direct link I posted works fine.
