How to decide what % to choose when resizing.  Isn’t there a chart?  Waste lots of paper & ink when guessing my final output

If you want to resize e.g. 210 to 200 then divide 200 by 210 and multiply by 100. So you will get 200/210= 0,9523 when multiplied by 100 you get 95,23% and that is how much you need to resize.
