Is there a way to retrieve documents that were previously faxed? Does the printer retain any memory to store these documents? I know the scanner feature does but specifically the fax feature? Can I go to a listing of previously sent faxes, select one and retrieve those forms/documents?

No, there is no saved copies of a fax you send.
