I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

You can follow the instructions in Step 4 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-4650-all-in-one-printer-series/5447930/document/c0... to clean the paper feed rollers.

 

But if you have removed the paper rollers and you are unable to put them back in, then the printer needs to be serviced

 

Please follow the instructions I sent in the private message

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
