Hello,
We are having a reoccurring issue with authenticating our SMTP credentials.
I know the username/email and password are correct.
The exact error is:
Below are the steps I do to authenticate the credentials.
I have also tried clicking just Save and Test after changing the password and skipping the test then attempting scan to email.
The exact same credentials have been working for a couple months now.
Nothing has changed on our end, and mail gun is working fine.
When I try testing the connecting through the Outgoing Email Profile it works but still gives the error when trying to scan to email.
If anyone knows what may be happening, I would appreciate it.
