Hi everyone,
i have an HP ENVY 6230 printer and with SMART software, after scanning, i want to share my document with microsoft outlook. but at the end of the scan I find only the Email, onenote and skype buttons. How can I add the button that connects directly to Outlook?

Hi,

The HP Smart app only supports sharing the Mail app, not to Windows applications.

 

You may install the Full Feature HP Software and use HP Scan which should allow scanning to Microsoft Outlook.

 

Follow HP Easy Start below to install the HP Basic or Full Feature Software, then launch the HP Envy 6230 software, select Scan > Scan a Document or Photo and select PDF to Email to use MS Outlook:
