Dear Community,

I currently have a problem with my Samsung X4250LX printer.
We have 2 of these in use. The configuration of both printers is the same. After a database error on printer 1, the mainboard was replaced. Since this replacement, our scan-to-email function via SMTP no longer works. On printer 2, everything continues to work without any problems.
When testing via the SyncThru web service, it displays the following error: “Outgoing E-mail Server(SMTP) is configured, but cannot be running.”

What can I do to get the service running again? The mainboard was replaced afterwards. Same error.
