Hello,
Until a few weeks ago, I was able to save scanned documents as pdf's without a problem. Now, I get a blank page when I do that. On screen, the document appears, but the saved doc is blank.
I can save as a jpeg.
I don't understand why this suddenly started or how to fix it.
Edit: I am using HP Easy Scan
Edit 2: I have just checked, and it works with HP Smart. This takes longer to open, so I prefer not to use it.
Thanks for your help!
