Can anyone please help me out with my print/scanner HP DeskkJet 3755. I'm having trouble scanning my documents. Everytime I will click scan, it will ask me to sign in, if I do it will direct me to an open website in my computer. I dont know what's wrong. Please advice. Thank you all.

To assist you better, are you using the HP Smart app to scan?
Make sure the app is up to date. You may also reinstall it if required.
Download and use the HP Scan and Capture app to check if that helps.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix scanning'.
