We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

My question is almost exactly the same except that I have an HP Smart Tank 7302. In addition, up until six months ago, I was able to scan documents without problem. Now I cannot do this.

Given this information, is my "supposed" solution the same as given to the other person?

It occurs to me that my situation may be different, in that when I was looking at the downloads and the links you sent to the other person, they indicated that he/she had a Windows 10 operating system; my system is Windows 11, and I am guessing that I'll need help specific to Windows 11 and HP Smart Tank 7302.

In addition, prior to joining this chat-community, I tried unsuccessfully to download and install various HP programs. When I clicked on the instructions to uninstall software, I got a list of apps, many of which were headed with the HP logo; but NONE of them were the HP Printer I've been using. Suggestions? And just to be clear, the computer/laptop I'm using is an HP Envy, so I need to make sure I don't remove something that helps me use my laptop!
