Scan & Upload app missing from Google Drive App (Only see View & Print)

HP Officejet Pro 8610

Problem:  The icon for "Scan & Upload" is missing from the Google Drive app...  I still see the "View & Print" app, but the "Scann & Upload" icon is missing???  

I have tried:

1) Restarting the printer

2) Deleting login account and reinstalling per the instructions

Please Help 🙂

Welcome to HP support community.

1. Open the Google Drive app .
2. In the bottom right, tap Add .
3. Tap Scan .
4. Take a photo of the document you'd like to scan.
   • Adjust scan area: Tap Crop .
   • Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page .
   • Scan another page: Tap Add .
5. To save the finished document, tap Done .

The "Scan & Upload" icon is missing from the Google Drive App???  I have deleted and reinstalled the login a couple of times and have also rebooted my printer but it is still missing???  I've used this many times but it disappeared a few days ago???  How do I get it back?  Thank you!

Thank you for your reply...  Unfortunately, there is no "Add" button in the bottom right???  The clicks and options are as follows:

Apps --> Google Drive --> Login (My G-Drive email is highlighted) --> Login --> and at this point I ONLY see an app for "View & Print"...  I would usually ALSO see the "Scan & Upload" app but it is missing...

Are you access this app from the printer control panel or from the computer?
