Good afternoon, i have an HP LaserJet M443nda printer and there is one problem with it. Sometimes (it is not a constant problem) when trying to make a copy of a document, the copy itself is shifted by half a page, the copy does not start from the beginning of the page but from about the middle. In fact, it scans completely, but the copy is shifted downwards. I need help with this problem. Thx.

As for copying, it doesn't just shift the scanned image, it changes the scale and can reduce or crop the image or print from the right edge. Scanning is done from a tablet. There is no such problem with the automatic feeder.

I would like to add that it does not save settings either. I set the sleep mode to 60 minutes on the web interface, but it still goes into sleep mode after 1 minute.  See the photo for an example.photo_2025-12-11_10-06-45.jpg
