Unfortunately, no changes. As I mentioned in my most recent post, when I go into "search programs and files" and enter HP scan when that screen comes up all that is available to send the scan to is Jpeg, PDF, and TIFF. Apparentlt there is no way to scan a information into a Word file in Documents. Hey, I really appreciate your interest and attempt to resolve this but it just doesn't seem that I can scan information and have it go into a Word document file; something that is so much easier to edit as needed.

Thanks for trying out the steps.
By default, there is no way of saving the scan to a word document on your printer.
You have to use Microsoft Office Scanning utility provides OCR and comes with most versions of MS Office.
Refer the user guide for more information.
