When I launch "Scan" from the App, the scan page appears then the app closes down before chance to do anything - is this a bug...at the moment its not an all in one printer thats for sure

I understand that you are unable to scan, follow these steps to fix the issue.

 

Which app are you using to scan?

Are you getting any error messages?

Are you able to make a copy?

Are you able to print using the same app?
