Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Why can't I scan direct from my HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer to my PC? It comes up on the Printer Control Panel but when I touch Send it comes up with a list of possible errors. I can only scan from the HP Smart App on my PC. My old HP Envy 5440 I could scan from the Printer without opening the App on my PC.
