This is a brand new printer purchased 2/3/21. Scan to e-mail issue, When opening a scanned doc that was emailed the following error shows: 'One or more XREF chunks is missing'; It does email the scan, you can open the scan, scan quality is horrible and you receive above error message. Windows 10, Outlook 13 on the receiving end.

Does this only happen with scan to email or even normal scanning/copying?
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
