Hi @Marcel1306

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the concern. If your HP Envy 6122e All-in-One Printer scans only up to 2 pages on macOS Ventura, the issue is often related to scan settings, the scan method being used, or the HP App configuration.

Please try the following:

  1. Open the HP App on your Mac and select Scan.
  2. Choose Document Scan (not Photo Scan).
  3. Enable Add Pages, Multi-Page Scan, or Combine into Single PDF if the option is available before starting the scan.
  4. Place the first page on the scanner glass and scan it.
  5. When prompted, select Add Page and continue scanning the remaining pages until all pages are captured, then save the file as a PDF.

If the option to add pages does not appear:

  1. Remove the printer from the HP App.
  2. Restart the Mac and the printer.
  3. Reopen the HP App and add the printer again.
  4. Check for any available HP App updates from the Mac App Store.
  5. Test scanning a multi-page PDF again.

Also, please confirm:

  • Are you scanning through the HP App, Apple Image Capture, or Preview?
  • Does the printer have an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), or are you scanning from the scanner glass?
  • What happens after the second page scans: does the scan stop, save automatically, or show an error message?

These details will help us provide more focused troubleshooting for your setup.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
