Hi @Marcel1306
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand the concern. If your HP Envy 6122e All-in-One Printer scans only up to 2 pages on macOS Ventura, the issue is often related to scan settings, the scan method being used, or the HP App configuration.
Please try the following:
- Open the HP App on your Mac and select Scan.
- Choose Document Scan (not Photo Scan).
- Enable Add Pages, Multi-Page Scan, or Combine into Single PDF if the option is available before starting the scan.
- Place the first page on the scanner glass and scan it.
- When prompted, select Add Page and continue scanning the remaining pages until all pages are captured, then save the file as a PDF.
If the option to add pages does not appear:
- Remove the printer from the HP App.
- Restart the Mac and the printer.
- Reopen the HP App and add the printer again.
- Check for any available HP App updates from the Mac App Store.
- Test scanning a multi-page PDF again.
Also, please confirm:
- Are you scanning through the HP App, Apple Image Capture, or Preview?
- Does the printer have an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), or are you scanning from the scanner glass?
- What happens after the second page scans: does the scan stop, save automatically, or show an error message?
These details will help us provide more focused troubleshooting for your setup.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
