I try to scan using the panel and appear a message with E5 and tur on all lights at the same time.
Also, I try to scan using the Hp Smart App from my laptop and the message was: Try later, the printer is busy.
Please, the printer is new. It just have 2 days

Like I said this is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced. Contact the support team in your region for help.
The serial number is required.

Like I said this is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced. Contact the support team in your region for help.
