HP Envy 5660

HP Envy 5660- have been scanning documents to email for about 30 min and now suddenly I get an error message that reads “The scan failed. Try again or touch Exit to quit.” Ugh! Whyyyyy? Retry button takes me through same steps I’ve been doing for 30 min (I’m doing it right) and exit takes me to -you guessed it - exit. But why suddenly has it stopped working? And how can I make it work again? I’ve tried shutting it off and turning it back on. Please help!

This could be a network issue, I suggest you restart the network and check again, if the issue persists, please configure scan to email again to resolve the issue.

 

● Set up Scan to Email

● Change account settings
