Hello, Artharva.  

 

I spoke with you last week and you referred me to call tech support for additional support and assistance.  I spoke with Rich who attempted to assist to no avail.  He escalated my case and advised that I would receive a response within 3 business days.  Unfortunately, my case was closed with no resolution or follow-up.  I'm helpless with no options.   Please re-open my case or please help me in escalating it to the next tier of support.  Thank you!
