I am unable to scan from the HP Envy 7640 to my MAC desktop. Im "scan to computer Webscan" it says: You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. To turn on Webscan, from the Settings tab, click Security, click Administrator Settings, select Enable for Webscan, and then click Apply. When I get to the point of clicking on Administrator Settings, it says "You are being redirected to a secure HTTPS-enabled version of this page. Note: The web browser might display a message about the security certificate or connection being invalid. If so, follow the instructions to accept the certificate or connection." I click OK and get this message: "This connection is Not Private. This website may be impersonating hp3634a9d97228.local to steal your personal or financial information. You should go back to the previous page," It then says, "Safari warns you when a website has a certificate that is not valid. This may happen if the website is misconfigured or an attacker has compromised your connection. To learn more view the certificate. If you understand the risks involved, you can visit this website." I am not sure if it is safe to click on visit this website, but I don't know how else to get my scanner to work.

Hi,
Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.
Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Finally, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, double-click your printer and click on Printer Settings.
Within the Utility tab open the HP Utility and make sure that Scan to Computer is enabled.
