Product: HP Office Jet 7612 wide format

 

Scan function blocked. HP Office Jet 7612 wide format and HP Elite Book 840: firewall removes connection to scanner function.

It happens regularly and I used to phone HP who would put it right but now out of warranty.

'Virtual' chat is hopeless!
