Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw

When I scan a document,  I get two blacked out sections on the scan.   One section covers about 1/3 of the right hand side of the scan and another is a one inch line down the middle of the documents.    Tried cleaning the rollers and paper feeders with no change.
