We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

The Scan to E-mail function worked on Friday of last week.  The Scan to E-Mail function does not work today.  I updated the Printer Drivers to confirm wireless connectivity, the drivers updated successfully on the printer.  I powered down and reapplied power to the printer after three unsuccessful attempts to Scan to E-mail.

 

I also attempted to Scan to E-mail to one other alternative E-mail address unsuccessfully.

 

I was able to scan directly to my computer as a picture.
