Product: Dell Inspiron 3847
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With the latest version of HP Smart I have lost the ability to scan a documents into an editable text format, Word pad or Word. I installed the Readiris driver but it does not give me a file format to safe a scanned document that can be opened in MS Word.

How do I get back the functionality that has been taken away?
