OfficeJet Pro 9022e

Scan to email has stopped working for me a whole back on OfficeJet Pro 9022e.

I have tried to reset through the IP address, double-checked that login details were correct, but no luck. Have also tried to use it with a **bleep** account instead but it also did not work. With Outlook I get the "incorrect username and password" error; with **bleep** I get "cannot connect to server". Have looked at some of the other threads and it looked like there is no solution? So does this mean that the printer is now practically unusable when it comes to scanning? Printer's unfortunately out of warranty now. Thank you.

Restart Router & Printer

Sometimes, connectivity issues can be resolved with a simple restart of both your router and printer.

 

Reset Network Settings & Reconfigure

If all else fails, try resetting the network settings and setting up scan-to-email from scratch:

Go to the printer’s web interface (EWS)ScanScan to Email

Remove existing email profiles and re-add them manually.

 

Use an Alternative Scanning Method

If scan-to-email still doesn't work, you can scan to a PC or cloud storage and email the document manually.
