Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575f

We have an HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color MFP.  We used to use the "scan to email" all of the time, as we used to host our own exchange server on premises.  Since we have moved to O365 for mail, this no longer works.  I have changed all of the settings that are supposed to be correct to send through O365, but it still will not even send a test message properly.  I have recently updated the firmware and set all of the settings appropriately for the SMTP settings listed in other threads.  Does anyone have other thoughts on what O should try next?  

 

Incidentally, I have made appropriate changes to the firewall to allow the printer to send on the correct port, but that does not help either.
