The "Scan to Email" option has very recently disappeared from my LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw.
Prior to this, there had been no software or driver changes. One day it worked, the next day it was gone.
There are no error messages. The buttons are simply gone. In their place, there is an icon that says, "Get more (apps)." When this option is selected, it merely brings up the same "Get more" icon again.
The printer is connected wirelessly to our home network.
What I've already tried:
I ran HP Scan and Print Doctor. It found no issues.
Consulted HP Virtual Help. It had no topics matching my issue.
I have power cycled both my router and the printer itself, including unplugging the printer for some time.
I have ensured that the latest firmware and drivers are installed.
The printer will copy and print, including wireless printing. It will scan through the computer software. So the capability to scan has not been lost, merely the ability to scan directly from the printer.

Thank you in advance for any helpful ideas.
