Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I am super fed up!  I have spent hours trying to fix this issue myself.  I was able to get zero help from the Virtual Assistant and apparently HP does not provide live assistance unless you pay for the membership.  I cannot get my computer set up to Scan to an Email, Computer or Network!  I have added my emails to the address book, updated the apps, tried making changes on the Embedded Web Server and I keep getting errors.

What exact error do you get when trying to set up Scan to Email from the EWS page and press the Save and Test button?

 

What email provider service are you trying to access
