Hello All,
I have setup my network scan folder correctly and was able to Test it successfully from EWS for the printer. When I try to scan a document from the Printer, it is asking me to enter the PIN. Even with the PIN I set up in EWS login is unsuccessful with the message 'The login attempt was unsuccessful. You might not have sufficient privileges'. I have no idea why this happens. Even if I remove the PIN from the EWS, it is automatically adding a number that I have no idea what it is.
I want to know if
1. There is a default PIN that the printer is expecting?
2. Is there a way to all together skip the PIN entry?
Thanks in advance,
Ravi

@Ravi8725, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I've attached a document showing how to setup scan to network folder for Officejet Pro printer.
Make sure to check the section "Verify that the Current Printer Time is set to the GMT equivalent of the current time on the macOS client."

Hello Kumar,
My printer time was not in GMT. So I set my printer time to be equivalent to GMT time that matches my Mac. Now I am not even able to validate my connection. I get 'Incorrect credentials. Check your username/password and try again.'
What should I do?
Best,
Ravi
