Hi,

The printer is connected to a computer with a wireless connection, but I can not scan through the "Scan to Computer" menu on the printer.

Scanning option through the software on the computer works great.

 

Would appreciate help

HP Recommended

That printer model doesn't support the Scan to Computer feature.

 

You can only Scan to email ( you receive an email with scan in attachment) or Scan to a network folder ( the scan is saved on a folder in the network).

 

Both of these functions will probably satisfy your needs.
