Hello there,
Is there a way to use HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf Multifunction Printer as a scanner in a network folder? Or this model does not support this function.
I want users to be able to scan from printer to network folder. Not from software on owns PC, direct from the printer and from there to choose network folders, or at least to have one default folder for all scanned documents on the network.
Thank you.

Hi Yiannis,
Scanning to a Network Folder is not a supported feature for the HP Laserjet Pro M1212 MFP printer.
Scanning with the printer is only supported by the HP Software on the computer, using the Scan To software provided with the printer software.
Such functionality you would like to achieve is available with later printer models with a touch screen, such as the HP Laserjet M130fw or the M227fdw as an example, that cannot be done with your current printer.
