Recently I am unable to scan to computer from my HP office jet Pro 7740
Message appears make sure scanning software is installed and enabled. When I try to scan from the computer the program states the scanner cannot be found.
I am able to print Via the computer and I am able to scan using the embedded web server.
I have tried reinstalling the software on the computer and on the printer but this did not fix the problem.
Any Idea would be appreciated.

An do to complete, we should regroup all people how have the same problem, making it a bug of HP firmware update.
