Hi,

 

I used to be able to scan documents to e-mail using the feeder and have the document arrive in my mailbox as a pdf with multiple pages. Now all of a sudden it has started to split every page into a separate document and e-mail. I haven't touched the settings on the printer, so not sure why it has changed its behavior. Anyone know why it may have started doing this?

Check the scan to email settings on the printer. To know how to setup scan to email feature, refer to this document - How to set up and use the Scan to Email feature (opens in Firefox or Edge)

 

You may also access the EWS page of the printer and make changes to the settings.

  • Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
  • Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
  • If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
  • Go to Scan > Scan to email
