Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new HP laptop with Windows 11 installed. The scan to editable text feature does not work.
I have been told by HP Support that it will not work with Windows 11.

With my old laptop, with Windows 10, the scan would work very well with the same printer HP 8710.

To achieve a scan to editable I have had to install another converter.

Having bought a new HP laptop, I am entitled to expect the same or better performance - not a downgraded experience!
