Hi I have a HP Officejet Pro 9730e serial [personal information removed]. When I use HP Smart I go to "printer settings" then "advanced settings" then "Scan". I note that there is no "Scan to Email" on this menu so I am unable to update the default settings for "Scan to Email". This means that every time I go to the printer and use "Scan to Email" I have to change the scan settings. The default scan settings are 1-sided and 200 dpi. I want to change this to 2-sided and 300dpi but there is no way that I can see to change the default settings for "scan to email". Please advise.
