Hi @Stamatios,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Not to worry I'll do everything I can to help get this sorted for you.
Firstly. let's update the firmware on an HP printer
HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.
Click on the link below for instructions on how to update the firmware of your printer.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Once done, restart the printer and check.
If the issue persists, try creating a new scan to the email profile and then try to check. You can follow the steps below:
Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
From the EWS, click the Scan tab.
Click Scan to Email Setup.
Click Outgoing Email Profile, click New, and then enter the email address you intend to use with this profile.
Enter a display name that will appear on the printer's control panel to identify this email profile.
Enter or confirm the correct SMTP server and SMTP port information.
If you typically have to enter a user name and password to log into your email account, you will want to enter this information into the email authentication fields, and then click Next.
Enter a security PIN to restrict access to this email profile, if desired.
Set the size for email files and specify Auto CC, if desired.
Click Save or Save and test to complete the profile.
Assign manual IP to the printer-
The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here: https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/Kr18CDkr5rfL7LLntWizFt?domain=youtube.com
For the DNS servers please use 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4 for the Alternate DNS server.
These are Google’s public DNS servers.
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!
If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!
Take care, and have an amazing day!

The problem is the Hotmail.fr account (Outlook now).
The below Hotmail.fr server smtp & the Port are not accepted or they are not correct:
Hotmail.fr Serveur SMTP Server: smtp-mail.**bleep**
Hotmail.fr SMTP Port: 587
Could anyone please provide me with the correct server SMTP & the correct Port?
