Scan to email error "Username or password is incorrect. Have 8720

When I try to scan to email lately, I get an error: "Username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid."  My scan to email was working fine until AOL required two-step authentication, since my email on my iphone and ipad weren't loading.  I changed those and they work, but my HP Officejet pro 8720 gets this error and I can't find where I can fix this.  There was a suggestion from an HP tech posed in 2019, but there is no Outgoing email Profile choice available.  I have spent hours searching and trying to fix this.  Any suggestions?

Example

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Scan > Scan to Email >  Settings / Scan to Email Setup
