Hello, I am trying to scan to email from the printer screen. I am able to scan to a laptop that is on the wireless network, but not to an email address. I was able to do this yesterday. The error on the printer screen is "The scan failed. Try again or touch Exit to quit." The printer is wired with an ethernet cord. There were some similar questions on the forum, but I could not find a solution for my issue. Thanks in advance.

@mps22, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
There was an issue with the server due to which scan to email feature was affected. It seems like that has been taken care of. Try scanning again to an email and check if it works.

I am having the same trouble. It used to work and all of the sudden it doesnt. The scan fails. I have tried all of the comments and suggestions. rebooted the printer and reset the printer and still doesnt work
