Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When scanning to email, printer says "server does not support secure connection." when trying a test

On the EWS all the settings are correct for the SMTP server and I had it working in the past.   Not sure why it stopped working here in the last month.

When I try to do a test I get an error message in EWS is "Secure connection (SSL or TLS) failed. Check your settings and try again."

I have updated to latest firmware, no change, I have verified timed of day is correct on printer.  I have tried with the check mark requiring secure connection and without, no change.

The SMTP settings are the same for other devices, and they all are working fine...

I have access to the exchange server and even made a custom routing rule just to allow the printer and no dice.

Anyone have any thoughts

@malalite

Do you use **bleep** ? If yes you have to setup a different way as mentioned below

Thanks for the suggestion, I am trying to connect to an exchange server not **bleep**.   I am not really sure what the error message is telling me as no settings effect a change.
