So our printer has stopped being able to scan to email. When pressing scan > email on the printer's control panel it gives an internal error. Additionally, when I connect via IP address to EWS, then go to the Scan tab, there are no options for scan to email, smtp, etc. I have checked in administrator settings that all boxes are checked that mention scanning, so there shouldn't be any options hidden. I must be missing something, any help is greatly appreciated.
