I get this error message and don't know how to fix it:
Email size is too big. Reduce the maximum email attachment size in the sender profile.
I have no idea how to do that. Can anyone help?

Hey there! @cluna18, Welcome to the HP support Community!
Are you trying to scan multiple pages using the ADF (Document feeder)?
Please share the complete model name of the printer to assist you better.
You can try few steps recommended below.
Right-click the Start button () or the lower left corner of the screen, click Search, type HP, and then click the name of your printer.
Click Scan a Document or Photo.
In the left window of the scan dialog, select a shortcut based on what you are scanning.
With the shortcut highlighted, select your preferences. The preferences listed below are examples, and more can be found in the software.
Scan Size: Letter, legal, 4x6 inch (10x15 cm), custom
Any preferences changed for these shortcuts are not saved after the scanning dialog is closed. To make permanent changes, you must create a custom scan shortcut.
Once you have finished selecting your settings, click Scan.
Also, I suggest you to scan using a lower resolution or dpi (dots per inch). The resolution, measured in dots per inch (DPI), impacts scan quality. Higher resolution produces clearer and more detailed scans, but increases the file size and can take longer to complete the scan job. Use a higher resolution for scans with graphics or items that require the best detail. For black and white text documents, higher resolution is typically not required.
Go to the printer control panel then go to scan settings and change the DPI settings.
Reduce the DPI settings to 75DPI
Lastly, you can try scanning in black and white to reduce the file size.
