Can anyone tell me pl what changes, if any, I must make in my MS 365 account (I am Administrator) to allow users to receive scans to email from the HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M283fdw? The scanner seems to be properly configured as a 'Test & Save' says that the scan/email has been sent. I suspect the problem may be the MS need for 2FA and/or SMS...but I'm not a techie. I can pull a scan from the scanner to my laptop, but the scan to email never arrives. Thank you.
