- Printer Model -- There are so many models and they do not all support the same features
- Operating System / version -- What you can do depends on the tools you have available
- Software / Application -- Which tools are you using? Software scan to email is completely different from SMTP Scan to Email Profile setup
- Connection Type -- Important because if the printer is not connected to the network, your options are severely limited
- Content Type -- "Documents" - In general, Scan > Documents is supported in PDF format
- Job Type - "Save Email Address" could mean a number of things, each different in the context of your printer, your tools, the desired task and result, even the destination.
